Really disappointing, and I even ordered the luxury bouillabaisse, which turned up with 1/2 lobster, prawns, a larger prawn and very large amounts of at least t... read more Really disappointing, and I even ordered the luxury bouillabaisse, which turned up with 1/2 lobster, prawns, a larger prawn and very large amounts of at least two kinds of fish. The lobster was extremely dry and non-chewable, the prawns were tasteless; however the fish was good. I did not like the serving with 1/2-cold soup in one bowl and the fish etc on a separate plate. Also there was too little bread and rouille for my taste.

I come several times in the year after berlin, it is a second home for me. and I always go to the 5th floor in kadewir into the oysterable and command...6 fines claires oyster, 2 dl chablis and a perrier. I cost most of the other oysters, but over and over again to them. enjoy exotic food, observe a huge cross-section of the clientele. from the distinguited west berliner, russians (too rich for worte, there are fewer of these days.) they get very krouded aroud aihnachten. if they are in West Berlin and want a light meal, do not miss an experience
