I went to lunch for the third time. it is the best lunch in the city on this level. in earlier times I went and enjoyed the refinement and details of the dishes... read more I went to lunch for the third time. it is the best lunch in the city on this level. in earlier times I went and enjoyed the refinement and details of the dishes and service, and the amazing dessert presentation. but tasteful was not challenged as if I had been in other exceptional restaurants. this third time was different. from the amuse bouche to the competition four there were much more about the taste pairings than to visit earlier. it was so challenging as it was delicious and although I had only two courses plus amuse and petit four I had the experience in my three top experiences of all the restaurants fed in me I found in. the usual experience is a lot of fond-out dishes with an outstanding moment or two. I just remember a few dishes that lucidly from all the meals I've eaten. but today I will remember how the blueberry sorrow tasted more than blueberry and all the other small details in each course of experience. thanks for a beautiful meal xx

Course was a revelation and the wine accompaniment was perfectly coordinated. What made the evening perfect, however, was the great one Luck at all not too stiff service! Mr. Fabian Winkler Thank you! The love for the job was more than visible. It was a pleasure to be a guest! Great! Original Die Erwartungen waren sehr hoch das, was ich jedoch im Facil erlebt habe, hat alle Erwartungen um Längen übertroffen! Jeder ! Gang war eine Offenbarung und die Weinbegleitung wurde in Perfektion abgestimmt. Was den Abend perfekt gemacht hat, war jedoch der tolle und zum Glück überhaupt nicht zu steife Service! Herr Fabian Winkler Danke! Die Liebe zum Beruf war mehr als sichtbar. Es war eine Freude Gast zu sein! Topp!

If you love food and are in the area, you should definitely... read more Facil was the first Michelin-starred restaurant we went to and we definitely made the right choice. If you love food and are in the area, you should definitely book a table. We were there for lunch because there is usually a set menu at dinner and we wanted to choose our own dishes, but we will definitely be back for dinner next time we are in Berlin. The food is absolutely fantastic. Just look at the pictures. They are a work of art and absolutely delicious. Each dish has so much flavor and is unique in its own way. We especially enjoyed the desserts. The staff are of course also exceptional and very nice. When we were there, they made a small mistake with the cutlery, which we wouldn't have even noticed if they hadn't apologized to us. The food was great, although the bonus course from the waiter 's mistake, the tomato made from gazpacho was average (not being gazpacho loves is why we didn 't order it). All of the other courses were fantastic and we must pass our compliments to the chef.
