I bought a falafel to take with me. A huge thing, enough to fill you up. But it wasn't a real falafel experience at all, probably because of the three small balls of falafel inside. Dear friends, I advise you to head further to Kreuzberg or back to Wedding; it tastes a thousand times better there, like real falafel, not the touristy kind.
As of today, you 've lost a loyal customer! I 'm extremely annoyed and disappointed with your customer service! I politely pointed this out and asked where the lucky cent was that you would get back for Merguez: €6.99 !? I wasn 't concerned about the 1 cent, but rather the way it was taken for granted! Over the course of a day, quite a bit of money accumulates that doesn 't appear anywhere for tax purposes!!!! It 's strange that €7 is on YOUR RECEIPT, but the manager doesn 't think it necessary to change the price tag. How about an apology, saying that I 'm an attentive customer and just wanted to politely point this out! Schokran Thank you for your excuse that you suddenly don 't understand me or don 't want to understand me!!!??? What kind of society/conversation is this!? Sorry that I speak German and am female!? Where is the gesture of politeness!? Your boss, if I didn 't even speak to one of you, should be ashamed. You can keep that penny; I was just concerned about the tone of the conversation and how I was rudely ignored!!! Salamaleikum and here 's to better times in terms of manners! The tax office is happy!

Really good food, unusually delicious, pleasantly only crispy on the outside falafel, super friendly staff, very reasonable prices especially for the area. Will be back! Loved this.

Very delicious authentic Turkish food. There is a sultan meal for two that can be a good value if you're hungry.
Excellent Doner. Lamb with tomato was very good. Traditional Turkish dishes more expensive than others in the traditional Turkish neighborhood in...

Terrible, rude, rude staff! It almost seemed as if they didn't want you! Good quality meat, terrible fries, but cheap Anyway for me is no!
Had dinner there with my GF: the service was great and the food excellent! Definitely wouldn't mind eating there next time I go to Berlin!
Worst service ever, I’ve been there a couple of times but this time was actually full, I knew I would need to wait fine I order a falafel sandwich to go,the basic thing in the menu, I literally waited minutes, even a fancy restaurant...brings your food quicker, how can you guys don’t have any order control, it’s all random, it’s freaking people who came after me had their food first, I was about to leave I just stayed because I’ve paid already, until I went to complain than they bought my sandwich, no sorry no nothing. When you order they ask you to sit and wait, if you going to eat there don’t freaking sit, stay up in their face so they actually hurry up. I won’t be going back, their falafel are great but they aren’t the only great falafel spot in the city. Esra do better !
My wife and I ate here in December evening, I wanted to show my wife Prenzlauer mountain how I had visited this area several times during my august trip to berlin. Prenzlauer mountain is much more alive in the summer. I remembered itra. from my last trip to berlin, so my wife and I eat here. I had a falafel plate, and my wife had chicken black mom pita. that was delicious.
We normally eat here when in town, my favourite Arabic/Turkish restaurant in Mitte. It is spotless with friendly welcoming staff. Stop off for a cafe, snack or a full meal something for everyone. Portion sizes are excellent, the food is fresh and tasty and it...is reasonably priced.
