I discovered this ice cream café two months ago. I had an appointment for a preventive investigation at the nearby municipal hospital. About half a clock I got off the elevator at the South Star underground station and stood right in front of the ice cream café. It had already opened and so I thought you would offer breakfast. I found out in the case. How good, because the café on the street, which was actually in the eye, no longer existed. After the investigation I went back to the subway station and entered the ice cream café. I took place in the beautiful weather on the terrace and looked through the extensive map offer. Various breakfast options have been offered. I chose the dolphin breakfast, milk coffee. First the milk coffee was served; stylish with a glass of water. A short time later the breakfast came. It did not fit on the table. various types of sausage, cheese, parma ham and jam; a bread basket and a cooked egg. Those who order this breakfast should be hungry. I cost it. The second visit in October 2016, this time together with my companion. I told him about the ice cream café, and now we wanted to drink coffee together. Around the corner in the Körtestraße we had found a parking lot on Sunday afternoon, otherwise the access by underground is sensible. We sat in the wet cold weather. From the counter we laugh about different types of ice. We ordered a Rocher cup for me and a Málaga cup for my companion. For this, the coffee was again served with a glass of water. The ice cups had their price. There was a lot to do. The ice was delicious, the balls generously dimensioned; also the Rocher balls and the Rumrosins. We had some effort to create the extensive cups. Those who like it less huge, either mixed ice portions or other tasty things are recommended like cakes, crêpes in different variants – sweet and savory – as well as waffles. The staff was friendly and accommodating at both visits. The plant was inviting. There were smaller tables, as usual in ice cream cafés; with comfortable chairs. The summer terrace was huge and beautiful. The ice cream café is barrier-free, a disabled toilet. We recommend visiting Eiscafé Delfin.
