Was Wolf-Dieter Jung at einsunternull a mag?
We had lunch here. The food is excellent and well presented. Interesting combinations, nice wines, stylish and modern, this place is all about the food. We added scallops to the fixed lunch menu (that changes during season). View all feedback.

Was a bit disappointed. It seems the kitchen had a bad day. The dishes were very nicely arranged but lacked taste. We also found the wine pairing not to our liking. Mostly very light wines without body. The staff was however very attentive and effective. View all feedback.

Our visit to the one-night is now a few months ago and I looked at the reviews for this restaurant for fun. there are a whole lot of irritated and frustrated commentaries and I wonder what criteria people choose their locals. it reminds me that people are looking at modern praising, and then wondering what this ruler has allowed himself to do. we have chosen this one-way, because we like to make new taste experiences and this has been promised here and kept up with everyone. the discovery that there is also an upper class for Müller-Thurgau wines. the recommended wein of the weingut stefan vetter is one of the best white wines I have ever drank.

The price-performance ratio was not true at all. the feeling of not having had one really great taste experience. on the table also fell the comparison to hape kerkelings hurz - it was comforting to read this at the trip advisor reviews unfortunately only after the eating of another valuer of this restaurant. Perhaps one could have laughed together about this evening - given the paid price, we have always passed. very exotic, here you have to be at least very experimental, better but on bitter substances and edgy taste. we were four (not quite inexperienced) but we were not convinced. at the end mad at us and michelin

Was 3 times in berlin on July 29th, 17th and of course my way leads me back to the super restaurant once again. as always you will be very welcome and led to the table .have as always the 10gos menu with wine-guiding.A highlight for me was the heart of the bark, was first somewhat skeptical, but was surprised how delicious it was and also the last course of the salat with ice. have never seen salat so filligran dressed. the weinbegleitung zu any gang with explanation was top. can recommend it only.Remember me already on the next visit.

This is very special. Food ranged from 1 Michelin star level to even three stars (one dish with brakish bream and moss: fantastic! . Service was good but not excellent. We will be back. I don't know many restaurants where you can eat such unusual flavours. I do understand this is not a restaurant that steak-and-fries lovers enjoy. You need some experience to fully appreciate this.

Undoubtedly expensive with a set menu at just under €130, I wanted to be sceptical. However the succession of delicious dishes won me over very quickly. A notable Germanic palate to the herb rich dishes will remind you that you are in Berlin. It was fun to watch the cool, calm, be-tweezered action in the kitchen. Anticipation rising as your next dish is assembled. I tried an imaginative non-alcoholic drinks flight to go with my dishes. All was served with charm and dedication. Apparently they are moving back downstairs next month. I enjoyed the atmosphere upstairs. A rarefied temple to fine modern cooking. For what it’s worth my favourite dishes were the fish ones. Make sure to enjoy the fine home baked breads with their delicious salted butter. In all a highlight of the trip.
