Ich hatte nicht gleich... read more Die Wilmersdorfer Straße mit ihren vielen neuen Adressen in der näheren Umgebung hat jetzt auch dieses angenehme Einstein Café eröffnet. Ich hatte nicht gleich verstanden, dass hier am Tisch bedient wird, und mich wie selbstversändlich an der Kasse zum Self-Service angestellt. Die jungen Damen im Service überaus freundlich und aufmerksam. Der Kuchen und Kaffee in altbekannter guter Qualität bei dieser Kette. Angenehme Sitzplätze.

The servants are ju... read more I live not far away and has given this coffee shop a try several times. The coffee is average but what is really frustrating is the service. The servants are just not friendly! I’ve tried so many times, thought it was just a bad day-...but 7 out of 9 visits I’ve been so disappointed that I now have decided never to come back. They want you to sit down and get served at the tables but it takes forever before you get to order or before you get your coffee. Last time I visited the servant put our coffees at the wrong table. Realized it and gave it to us even though the guests had already touched our cups. She didn’t even excuse herself. When we (because of the horrible service) only gave a 50 cent tip she threw it back on our table. Unacceptable behavior! There are lots of nice and really neat coffee shops in the area. Don’t go here!
