Die Vorspeisen auf dem Buffe... read more Ich kann nur die negative Meinung der anderen Leute teilen. Wir waren am Samstag Abend um 18 Uhr da. Das Lokal war so gut wie leer. Die Vorspeisen auf dem Buffet zumeist in Ordnung, aber die Suppe und die anderen warmen Speisen waren kalt und nicht schmackhaft. Es sah fast so aus, als stünde auf dem Buffet der Rest des Mittagbuffets. Der Kellner, der die Getränkewünsche aufnahm, verstand nur schlecht deutsch, schließlich stand nur noch ein Herr zur Verfügung, der, meiner Meinung nach, sicherlich der Chef war. Nie wieder!

The service was incredibly kind, making us feel right at home. It’s not a spot for those in a rush, but perfect for a slow, enjoyable evening with friends. The outdoor area feels magical, while the cozy interior adds to the character of the place. We had the warm and cold starter plate and the vine leaves, easily the best I’ve had in Berlin in six years. Delicious food, lovely vibe. Highly recommended. The owner an... read more What an eclectic hidden gem! Located just off Hermannplatz, you dive into the “old world” at this Eckkneipe (corner pub) turned Turkish restaurant. The owner and his wife are so sweet and will gladly tour you around and tell you the history. They offer catering for private parties in their large dining room that can be closed off from the other areas with a gorgeous stained glass door, buffet breakfast, as some fun Turkish and Greek wines. In the spring and summer they also have a lovely outdoor terrace! Just know: This isn’t your spot if you want a quick meal you come here to linger and chat and enjoy some hours. But it is worth it for the atmosphere and the delicious food! We came as a large group and ordered an appetizer for the table, entrees and drinks and only paid 25/30€ per person.
