We...went in here on a Wednesday late afternoon and this pub did not disappoint,superb traditional interior ,great staff and a bar packed with character. We opted to have a KONIG PILSNER ,a superb beer ,very refreshing and super easy to drink. We took in this wonderful pub and ordered another beer,this time we sat outside as the weather was perfect. The service in here is superb and finding a pub like this is worth the seaching out,make's it more rewarding. We would have stayed longer but we had other pub's,bar's and restaurant's to visit. The meal's looked and smelt fantastic in here and we will certainly be paying this pub a visit on our next trip to Berlin in 2015 for the Berlin beer festival in August which is a seriously good annual event that if you enjoy your beer's will amaze you. With your map and travel pass very easy to locate this pub,jump the ubahn down to stop SOPHIE CHARLOTTE PLATZ then walk down SCHLOSS.STRASSE then cut onto KNOBELSDORFFSTRASSE and onto DANCKELMANNSTRASSE were you will find this pub,it sound's complicated but is pretty straight forward. Opening hour's are; Monday to Sunday,3pm till 4am. For a pub of character this pub is for you.

This is a wonderful restaurant and pub that we always try to visit on every trip in the vacation. a beautiful wood interieur with great seating possibilities an... read more This is a wonderful restaurant and pub that we always try to visit on every trip in the vacation. a beautiful wood interieur with great seating possibilities and pub and beer ephemera plastered over the bar area, it is cozy low lighting aids a beautiful ambiente the pub is popular with both local and touristy and always worth it. we were here at a Friday night and the pub was packed, but fortunately we got a very pleasant member of the staff took our order of a few refreshing beer and we decided to have berliner kindle beer and these beers were served ice cold and glamorous and we just threw back and quenched and the great institutional atmosphere is this great pub. the beer was excellent and I must say that in most of the pub, bar and restaurant we visited in our vacation to berlin, the beer was served by a very high standard. we had a great time here before we went on, but as with any other visit here we had a great time. very easy to find by jumping u12 down to the stop sophie charlotte square, they walk down the castle road and into the garelsdorf road and into the dancjelmannstraße. opening hours are: Monday to Sunday, 3 clock to 4 clock. to visit a magnificent place and one I recommend to them to try when they are in the opposite.

I love the view of this place, very similar to it sister pub thicken weten another fine pub that is worth visiting all the wood interior, beer ephamera sprinkled over the pub and an excellent selection of German beer served in perfect condition. we ordered another beer before we moved on and again the necessary white-beer was served in super condition and we just chilled out to hurry the world. this pub is not difficult to find, the u12 pushes down to stop sophie charlotte place go closed road and cut on garelsdorff road they find this pub on danckelmann road. opening hours are: Monday to Sunday, 3 clock to 4 clock. great pub and worth a visit.
