Thai food is one of my favorites, so finding this tiny hidden gem was a hit for me in Berlin. It's REALLY small, so maybe you have that in mind when you go there, or order your food to go if it doesn't freeze outside. I probably ordered 5 or 6 dishes and they were all DELICIOUS. I'm a sucker for curry, so I'll always recommend the most.
Good food, affordable price. Two main courses and two beers a total of 16€. Small place, just a table inside, it is nice when sunny and warm weather, so you can sit outside.
This place is tiny, blink and you miss it, ramshackle old hole in the wall, curved laminated old simple menu. You need to press in as the shop does not hold more than 4-5 customers including thos queues. There are almost no seats. They sell everything and wait is loooong. I mean seriously at least 45 minutes if no longer in the nest of time. Most dishes are under 8 euros and food is authentic and excellent. Many orders by phone and end of waiting. It took 50 minutes to get a rice dish, it was delicious, but it could be too long for many. Two old ladies cook very slowly and often on orders. Once could be enough if you don't live locally.
Does anyone know what's happening with Dan Thai Food and Oma Pi Dan? I absolutely miss their Thai food! Judging by all the reviews after the closure, I guess I'm not the only one. There's simply no other place with such good Thai food here in Wedding... Maybe there's an update from the owners? If anyone knows anything, please post it here
