We had to endure over 45 minutes of extremely loud comments about camel drivers and other low-brow, right-wing extremist ideas...one woman even became violent and pushed my mother 's walker around. The waiter refused to intervene even after our requests to tone down the guests.

It started with the fact that no highchair was ava... read more Four of us, plus a toddler, went to this restaurant today and were astonished by the rather mediocre service. It started with the fact that no highchair was available. Only later, when we asked for one, was we told, in a not-so-friendly tone, that they only had one and we could see that it was in use. In general, the waiter seemed very grumpy/bored to us. This can hardly be blamed on the Croatian mentality, as I've encountered much more cheerful service in Croatia. During the meal, our glasses gradually emptied, but we weren't asked if we wanted anything else to drink. Keywords: attentiveness. The food was delicious. I had the fillet pot (No. 90) and was very satisfied. The food was delivered very quickly, which wasn't what I expected, but certainly deserves a positive mention. Especially when dining with a toddler Some of us still wanted dessert after dinner. Unfortunately, no one came, or rather, the waiter just came to the next table and completely ignored us. We lost our appetite for ice cream and (again proactively) went to the waiter to pay. It all doesn't seem very sales- or customer-oriented to me. As we left, we noticed that the waiter preferred to watch the TV upstairs, watching some sports scores. Even though the food was very good, we probably won't set foot here again. Good, attentive service is simply part of the experience.
