Der Anlass war eher profan, die Suche nach einem guten Restaurant abseits des Mainstream. Nach einigem Suchen, hier bei Tripadvisor, wurde man schnell fündig. Es liegt nur ca. 5 min von der S-Bahn-Station Friedenau entfernt, also vom Potsdamer Platz sind es ca. 15 min mit der S-Bahn oder 20 min mit dem Bus, also quasi um die Ecke. Der Berliner ist ja noch viel längere Fahrzeiten gewöhnt! Dort angekommen, muss man nur den unscheinbaren Eck-Eingang finden und steht sofort inmitten des Wohnzimmers. Mit etwas Glück sind dort mehr Koreaner anzutreffen als am Brandenburger Tor, denn es hat sich in der lokalen koreanischen Diaspora herumgesprochen, das es dort wirklich echt und original zu geht. Der neugierige Gast wird wie jeder andere zuvorkommend bedacht, das Menü kommt schnell und sehr schön angerichtet. Nur mit den Stäbchen umzugehen sollte man schon gelernt haben (was für den China-Restaurant-gestählten Berliner natürlich kein Problem ist ...). Die Suppe war einfach köstlich und für einen grippalen Infekt genau das richtige Hausmittel zur Bekämpfung. Alles sehr bekömmlich und angenehm. Wifi gibt es auch umsonst, was in Korea so selbstverständlich ist wie das Wasser und die Luft zum Atmen. Demnächst sollte man sich mehr Zeit nehmen für einen richtigen Tee ... ein Versuch ist es wert, wenn man die anderen Kritiken gelesen hat. It was recommended to me by a Korean colleague, and today I went for lunch as I was in a new place to eat. I went out and I was definitely rewarded! Lunch until 15:00. You have Bibimbap for lunch, and since I always order this for every Korean restaurant, I visited for the first time, I went for it. I was impressed. You have a very tasteful bowl of Bibimbap, with your choice of meat (or vegetarian, natural). They also give you a small plate of Kimchi and picked vegetables, as well as throbbing containers of soy sauce and hot sauce. Man, I had fun! By the way, this is not an ordinary Korean restaurant. It is a tea room and its tea collection is massive. That said I didn't have the chance to try it, so maybe next time, as it will definitely be a next time.

There was a dinner there in the middle of the week and although the room is small, there were many free places. The waitress was very polite and professional, although she did not speak English. My order (bibibimbap) was served very quickly. The presentation of the food was only made by the food itself (that was delicious). You will get several secondary dishes as well as sauces to eat together with your main dish. Perfect for a relaxed dinner with a friend or a romantic one with your partner. Overall a great experience for a very reasonable price.
