Having been to many coffee places all over the world, this visit stood out. staff has an attitude not customer orientated. daughter tried to get tap water glass... read more Having been to many coffee places all over the world, this visit stood out. staff has an attitude not customer orientated. daughter tried to get tap water glasses were felt too many pancakes were out, we ordered alternative...cakes. Cakes arrived before hot drinks. cakes were dry. Carrot and Zimtschnecke. kids keen to have pancakes or something so they got waffles and brought them in. Staff made a huge fuss, not allowing us to eat the warm waffles after us spending almost there for stuff. Don’t waste your time with going here many other nice places around

INHUMANITY, UNRESPECTFUL, and UGLY behave by the boss of this place. My husband and I planned to have a nice afternoon coffee at “cozy coffee”. Our visit turned out everything else than cozy. My husband ordered two coffee and cake, I...am in the ninth month pregnant and sat outside on a chair with a little table built from a beer box. The boss came out to tell us that we can’t just sit on a normal chair because we did not order enough food (we didn´t spend enough money to deserve a chair) we are meant to sit on a little wooden bench. As I mentioned I am super pregnant and it is really not possible for me to sit on this small bench. Innocently, we tried to explain the situation to her and promised that we would drink quickly and leave the place. “This is our policy, I am serious! You are the only ones that don’t understand that. I was also pregnant in my life and that doesn’t mean that you are sick! “ she shouted out loud After she said this we canceled our “too little” order and left this horrible inhuman place. I am sad for the people that work for this horrible woman and I really hope that no other customer has to make such an experience as we did today. Having myself years of hospitality experience, this makes me feel ashamed for running a place and “hosting” people with bad manners, she is only after the money and making the most profit without even understanding the little and important rules of welcoming hospitality rules. Here the customer is definitely not a king, more a profit slave. Good luck with your business, but as I can see in the reviews we are not the only ones having made already horrible experiences with this place and with the owner

We waited to be seated and when we couldn’t find anybody we just sat at an empty table and put (tiny tables together. Only other table was occupied, literally everything else was free anyway....After a while the lady came out and immediately barked at us to not move her furniture around and if the sign wasn’t clear enough to wait to be seated. We apologized and moved on to order inside. She told us yet again that we shouldn’t have moved the tables around (we got it ! and we went on to oder some drinks. We were told to move the table back if we’re ‘only gonna have drinks and not even eat anything’. Def not a great atmosphere especially since everyone is just excited to be able to sit and eat or have a drink with some friends again. Reconsider your job if you can’t be friendly to your guests!

So one person eats the ther waits. When approached to complain the staff was not understanding and they didnt care that we were not happy.
