The service is exactly as you would expect: unobtrusive, but always there, attentive, warm, genuine. You immediately feel welcome. The cuisine is a highlight in itself – creative, honest, incredibly delicious. You can taste the real passion and love that goes into the cooking here. The chefs really give their all, and you can feel it in every bite. The bar is also absolutely top-notch – great cocktails, exclusive spirits, and a team that knows their craft. The perfect end to a fantastic evening. A special thank you to Peggy, the heart and soul of the hotel. She's everywhere, creating a great atmosphere, charm, and that very special feel-good factor – without her, Chiaro wouldn't be the same. And not to forget: a shout-out to the best doorman in town – friendly, professional, simply amazing. Summary: Great team, great food, great drinks. Berlin at its best.

The ser... read more Unforgettable fine dining experience! CHIARO Berlin far exceeded my expectations. The elegant yet relaxed ambiance is immediately noticeable upon entry. The service was outstanding from start to finish – attentive, friendly, and absolutely professional. The food was a true revelation: finely balanced flavors, creative compositions, and perfect presentation. I was particularly impressed by the interplay of Italian classics with modern sophistication – each dish was a work of art. The wine pairing was also excellently selected and complemented the menu wonderfully. An absolute highlight in Berlin for anyone seeking indulgence at the highest level. The prices are on the higher end, but absolutely justified. I'll definitely be back!

Food delivered without any cutlery for which I had to ask. Unacceptable for a 5* hotel restaurant and by the way the wine mark ups are 500% not on when their is no wine service. The space and the setting are absolutely gorgeous.

Unfortunately, the service has not been matched to the price. the people were very nice, but at the price category, for example, the food would like to be assigned to the right person, but there were changing service forces. there was only 1 ice instead of 2 though twice asked. the bill had to be charged, was made immediately, but unnecessary. the music was too loud for a restaurant from my own. for the money I like to be treated more preferably, so I would not recommend it further.
