The food was excellent. Unfortunately, the service has not been matched to the price. the people were very nice, but at the price category, for example, the food would like to be assigned to the right person, but there were changing service forces. there was only 1 ice instead of 2 though twice asked. the bill had to be charged, was made immediately, but unnecessary. the music was too loud for a restaurant from my own. for the money I like to be treated more preferably, so I would not recommend it further.
Yesterday the restaurant had visited chiaro and I can only recommend it. very tasty eating, top service, top environment. easy to make.
Comfortable, round tables beautiful. low price normal eating, only dessert very good. hectic operation. not particularly attentive. at the beginning missing menu in German, only received on demand after 15 min. in the 5 star hotel you can expect something better.
The service was attentive and professional.
Food was fine. Service almost nonexistent. On two consecutive evenings myself and other guests having to reach for their bottles of wine to top up their glasses. Food delivered without any cutlery for which I had to ask. Unacceptable for a 5* hotel restaurant and by the way the wine mark ups are 500% not on when their is no wine service. Totally Ineffective restaurant manager. Very disappointing experience. Price per person: €100+ Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4
