here really is everything. I would live in berlin - that would be my hometown!. the atmosphere is especially successful, because you get the feeling, you are sitting with friends in the dining room. the service is sensitively retained and yet at the same time always turned. once in all these years there was a complaint of a very expensive weine. how this complaint has been dealt with - it is already looking for equal... I've been to this restaurant several times, and I can confirm that it's a wonderful place for a romantic dinner as well as an outing with friends. The cuisine is excellent, and the service and ambience of a genuine family-owned Italian restaurant are unrivaled. Excellent...wines are available all year, and they're insanely delicious. In the summer, there's a lovely patio to enjoy.
After five or so recent visits, I can say that the Capriccio is gastronomically reliable. Outstanding in particular is the fresh fish, really fresh and intelligently prepared. Vitello tonnato which one would be happy to meet in its hometown (Rome). Excellent melanzane alla parmigiana and...desserts. The house wines are exceptionally good too. Service attentive, though on crowded evenings the delays can be notable. My only real complaint: cash only, no credit cards (and there is no Geldautomat nearby).
We had a business meeting and the lunch time and was very happy to choose this place . In a very nice, safe, clean and green Aria in Berlin, very good service and tasty pasta . Fresh truffles and pasta was absolutely fantastic thank...you
Here , on the scorner of the so called Pinkel-Bude (try google translate, but dont be shocked, as the berliners are not too serious about their nicknames given to icons and the Capriccio counts to them people are coming because they know they will...always get good fresh food, always meeting the contemporary style that sounds good and for me it is true. trying out lunch (sitting outside on the astonishingly quiet island and dinner (inside), on a summer day, service had always been easy but very professional and i like that, not the stiff behaviours at all! Good! freshly made pasta cooked to the point of excellent adente, crisp salads pepped up with truffel oil or other specialties , fish in a variety cooked an served that i asked myself how the chef is doing it, but all dishes really good the winelist expected to be rich in it's avriety from italy, but also some other countries, either the owner or staff members will advise you i will revisit at the next occasion for sure
We were there with friends, and the gastronomic level unfortunately falls in the grunewald. . here’s only positive to report: good weeping, excellent and friendly service that was excellent eating, and the relaxed atmosphere pleasant. only critical was that at an advanced hour when the restaurant was full, the noise level has increased considerably. not everyone's thing.
