We made two stops in this small, cozy cafe with an outside terrace. On one stop we had pizza like dishes made with a very thin base and these were delicious. They serve draft Bavarian Weihenstephan beer from the oldest brewery in the world which...was our real reason to stop! Service was friendly and relaxed.

Here with the family, it's the perfect place for a stop just after a visit to the Tegel lake. Dessert offer is wide and delicious. Ambient is cozy and northern.

Went in the summer with my mum for breakfast. I had the breakfast 'Frohnau ' which came with a glas of prosecco (unfortunately a bit flat). Overall very pleasant. Staff were friendly but service was a little slow. It was a nice day and we were...in no rush so we didn 't mind too much. Food was tasty and portions were generous. Sat outside on the terrace, not very private as it faces the street but again, not too fussed as long as you get some sunshine on a nice day. Would definitely go again.

Cafe Wetterstein is old-converted house on the Tegeler pedestrian zone and is charming, nice to sit inside or outside. It isn't a gourmet experience by any means, but they do have excellent coffee and nice cakes and croissants, their omelettes are edible, even if I...find the breakfast platters boring with cheapish cheese and cold-cuts. The location is excellent and service friendly. Recommended for a light breakfast and coffee.

My husband and I stopped in on a drizzly Sunday to get out of the rain and have a nice meal. We ordered and waited 30 minutes for our drinks... A lukewarm beer that had to be exchanged for a bottled beer, and apple juice....We had ordered 2 bowls of soup to share and fajitas. 45 minutes after we ordered, the food all came out at one time? Why? No idea. The broccoli cream soup was watery and had barely any broccoli. It was more like a broth than a creamy soup. It was ok but not worth 5€ and all of the waiting. The fajitas were average. Had to ask for silverware. We split a waffle with ice cream for dessert and it was by far the best thing we ordered and we only waited ten mins for it. Seems this cafe has too many tables and the kitchen staff just can't handle that kind of traffic. It would be great if the waitstaff would warn you before you order that you'll be in for a long wait. If you go here on a weekend, stick to coffee, waffles, and the breakfast menu. The food was 3 star and service was 1 star. We wouldn't go back, even though the ambience was cute and the cakes looked amazing.
