The breakfast platter for two incl... read more We had a delicious brunch at Cafe Placebo which was a close walk from the apartment we rented. The portion size was generous. The breakfast platter for two included orange juice, caffe latte, smoked salmon, assorted charcuterie, a variety of cheeses, a generous portion of nicely cooked scrambled eggs, fruit garnish, butter, jams, honey and a basket of hot buns for €22.50 and it was ample for a family of 4!

The staff was very polite and happy to help, which for my disappointment had not been the case in a lot of places in Berlin. Worth a visit if you are in the area. Open till 19:00

There is no English menu but they are very helpful and will pretty much make you whatever you want for breakfast. The portions are huge so make sure you are hungry.
