Statt bestelltem Sandwich mit Ziegenkäse wurde Mozzarella gebra... read more Zwei Sternchen für das hübsche Interieur. Der schlechte Service kostet die restlichen Sternchen. Statt bestelltem Sandwich mit Ziegenkäse wurde Mozzarella gebracht. Nicht weiter schlimm. Kann ja mal passieren. Als ich es zurück gehen ließ und eines mit Ziegenkäse haben wollte, wurde mitgeteilt, ich müsse jetzt warten, es müsse erst Ziegenkäse gekauft werden. Statt vorab darauf hinzuweisen (die Bestellungen wären anders ausgefallen), wird einfach gehofft, die Gäste könnten nicht zwischen Ziegenkäse und Mozzarella unterscheiden? Von da an wurden wir dann über einen sehr langen Zeitraum gänzlich ignoriert. Die restliche Bestellung kam auch nicht. Als wir irgendwann versuchten laut auf uns aufmerksam zu machen, wurden wir weiterhin ignoriert. Als der Herr dann endlich Lust hatte, an den Tisch zu kommen, wurde zwar die Dame bedient, die sich eine halbe Stunde zuvor neu dazu gesellt hatte, aber die restliche Gruppe wurde wieder ignoriert. Ich bin ehrlich sprachlos. Ich arbeite selbst im Service und kann verstehen, dass man mal was vergessen kann oder es etwas dauert wenn es stressiger wird. Aber so unhöflich und permanent Gäste zu ignorieren, das muss man erst mal schaffen. Der Latte Macchiato war übrigens sehr lecker. Zum Essen kann ich noch nichts sagen. Ich warte noch.

On sunny days Katulki has a sunday atmosphere with old school jazz playing as smooth and slow as the service... But you wont mind about that, since you'll have the wifi!Katulki is your choice also if you like the Laura Ashley romantique. They offer a bit of Prenzlauer Berg into Kreuzkölln.Keep in mind, that they know their value: a bit overpriced, but hey- it feels like sunday... and its just a bit...
