Breakfast has tasted very good and fresh. I liked both the selection and the composition of the dishes very well. Italian and French specialties with herbs and vegetables that grow in the Cafe's own garden. The people who work there seem to me original and multi-cultural! From the operator we have received a small guide through the garden. Next time we will try the Risotto, and we are looking forward to it!

I'd rather say restaurant, the card is clearly designed for food. But: we had the garden plate that tasted itself, but with 12 € for a starter portion has a peppered price. I would also be willing to pay if everything had really been out of the garden. I don't think about chickpeas and dinkels or buckwheat. The garden could be beautiful if it wasn't so covered. I'm Spießer Dorfkind, which is certainly not a scale in Neukölln, but the remains of the last drink in the garden, or a watering can that is simply thrown in the way, but also plastic flower pots that fly around in the garden (and that for the target group that guarantees no plastic bag uses that I find really bad because the garden is exciting in itself. But even if you want to give yourself very aging, I don't think you need to sprinkle plastic waste in the garden. You leave guests there and you make it nice for guests even without 2mm lawn, flower beds at 90 degrees angle or anything that looks like a construction contract. It is a manageable map, but who loves vegetarian, vegan and fresh is in the right place here. They work with herbs from their own garden, which one can also look at when waiting, really nice. We sat outside and drank homemade lemonade, super delicious. As an appetizer we had the Bruchetta, I can only recommend it. The main course (the risotto) was just do our taste. Great ambience and eating, the cook has brought the food itself and answered questions. Try it out in any case, super done!

The Café Botanico is unique in Berlin with its summer garden and a botanical garden and a good way to come back when it is too loud in Neukölln. Asked them if we could sit outside as there were lots of free tables outside but she refused us. Then we asked if we could see the menu and she very unprofessionally and unnecessarily burst out at us and made us feel quite weird this is not a self-service restaurant. “Sit there and she will bring the menu” In the end we just left considering her unfriendliness and unprofessional behaviour. I guess the girl there needs work on her custom service. Wont recommend eating or drinking there except a walk in the garden.

The salads (linen salad with garden herbs and smoked mozarella and just garden herbal salad) were excellent, super delicious. The operation was very good, only the pasta dishes (Orecchiette with garden herbal pefsto and spaghetti on a tomato sauce with pork bucks) were unfortunately almost inedible. The noodles were both too hard, so not through and mehlig, and the garden herb was watery and without taste. Self-made noodles must be cooked longer, yes and al dente also belongs to any Italian cuisine, but so raw noodles can no one enjoy. Total shame because the place with the enchanted garden is a secret tip and leaves to stay. Next time, I'll just take an aperitif and eat a salad. For a really good Italian dish, I'll go to the next billiard Italian and get better pasta. Arrividerci, a.

Prices are more than fair, given the quality of the food. The terrace is a beautiful oasis, quiet and green. The staff is super friendly and professional. Before or after food, you can grab a drink and sit in the hidden garden! Also in winter, the place is very cozy. Absolutely worth comming to, even (or especially) if you're not from Neukölln.
