I want to take this opportunity to apologise to the member of staff who had to catch up with me further down the road to remind me that I hadn’t paid! How embarrassing for me. I have no excuse other than “I forgot”. Hopefully I will be back next year (if you’ll have me).

Delightful café with a good atmosphe... read more During a visit to Berlin for a long weekend, my wife did the Parkrun which then led to us visiting this café for breakfast. Delightful café with a good atmosphere and very friendly staff greeted us. I had the Scandinavian breakfast which comprised smoked salmon, smoked ham, cheese, horseradish cream, muesli with yogurt and fruit. Together with the freshly squeezed orange juice and amazing coffee, it was simply the best breakfast I’ve had in a very long time. Just wow!
