Since kombucha is not so well known in Berlin or Germany, this is the only place I know where you have such a large selection of high-quality,...unpasteurized kombucha teas. The place is beautiful and you can try different kombuchas before you order. Try it!

We were offered free samples from all kombuch... read more We arrived in a few minutes after 5:00 and the kitchen is already closed. Ted and his wife took care of us anyway. We were offered free samples from all kombuchas (all were delicious, but the junk really stood out), and Ted... said he would make us food anyway. After a few minutes of hearing Ted Chiff Veggies and mixing items, tasty odours began to waive from the kitchen. A little later came a beautiful vegan lentils Pinto-Bohnenburger with fermented ketchup and an amazing melange of spring vegetables with potatoes and cereals. The food was delightful and the conversation about kombucha brewing methods afterwards was revealing. An amazing vegan meal and probiotic rich refreshment. I would definitely go back!!!
