This evening we ordered from Burgerme again after a long time. Unfortunately the burgers were ice cold and tasteless. There was hardly any sauce on the DreamyBBQ and therefore very dry. The Big Angus Mountain Cheese was cold and unseasoned. Really disappointing. The fries have always been these very thin things, but today they were still cold and soggy. It felt like they were warmed up in the microwave. Really disgusting. I will never order from Burgerme again.
I was there in person and ordered a normal menu. Takes 40!! MINUTE! Service wasn't unfriendly but there was no real interest. If you only want to order online then write but a burger 40 minutes is unacceptable..Price not cheap either, food was ok but nothing special..so I'll never order here again!!
