I ordered two BBQ burge... read more I 've been a Burger Junkys customer for years and have generally always been satisfied. But my last visit was a complete disappointment. I ordered two BBQ burger meals €29 and wanted to pay in cash. I was told to put the money in the money tray. Since I 'd never really noticed such a thing before and hadn 't been used during my previous visits, I was briefly confused. Instead of explaining things in a friendly manner, the employee repeatedly treated me rudely and condescendingly Never seen anything like this? , You must have an ego problem , even suggesting I was teasing him. I 've never been spoken to so disrespectfully there. Additionally, the food was significantly worse than usual: Some of the bacon wasn 't cooked properly, the fries were soggier and softer than usual, one of the burger buns was completely soggy and falling apart. They also initially forgot that we wanted to take the food to go. All in all, a very disappointing experience – both in terms of service and the food. Unfortunately, I won 't be going here again.

Simply a well-assembled burger. Nothing takes center stage. All the ingredients are well-balanced. The somewhat stocky man behind the counter with the bald head and beard knows his craft very well. The reception was also really friendly. He's a very likeable guy. After me, there was a huge rush of customers. He handled it all with ease. A little small talk with everyone, but still super fast, especially in time to the music, which was also very, very good. Old-school hip hop and R&B played in the background. A trip back to my youth. Thank you for that. And a huge thank you to the Burger Junkys team for the flavor explosion.
