The burgers are perfect, it only takes 20-30 minutes, and the staff are very friendly. For me, the hamburger is one of the best I've ever eaten. The bread is perfect, lots of sauce, fresh lettuce—just delicious overall. I'm always surprised by how good it is. Unfortunately, I've only had two or three instances where the burger wasn't good. The patty wasn't cooked through, or the bun was so hard that it wasn't enjoyable. That's why I can understand the negative reviews; apparently, sometimes you just have bad luck. It's a shame : Nevertheless, I love this place and will continue to order from there <3 Prices are great!! Please keep it that way!

Addendum: This was definitely my last time there. On the one hand, the price-performance ratio is seriously skewed, and at the same time, the quality has declined considerably. A shame. I actually quite enjoyed it.
