20. November 2020, Starkoch Arne Anker opens its BRIKZ restaurant in Berlin-Charlottenburg and starts with take-away offer. Finally “Corona” does not go anymore! The performance of the team around Arne Anker is also remarkable: In addition to the chef, the restaurant manager Sabine Panzer (she was active in several stars in Berlin) and Sommelière Maria Rehermann (she worked briefly at the Vendome in Bergisch Gladbach) for the well-being of the guests. In the first few weeks Arne Anker and his crew will offer several menus. Anchor’s former stations include well-known Michelin-Starthäuser, including the “Oud Sluis” restaurant in Sluis and the “Die Jane” in Antwerp. Until April 2019, he worked in Berlin’s “Pauly Saal”.
Wonderful restaurant with incredible food, delicate flavours and interesting combinations. The owner is almost the star of the show; so engaging and generous with his time. Highly recommended!
Enjoyed an excellent vegetarian menu. The wine and non-alcoholic beverage accompaniment was very harmonious. In addition to the great quality of Arne's cuisine, we would particularly like to highlight the service from Ms. Dutschmann. You don't often experience such a personal host mentality. The distance between the tables and the background noise are also very pleasant. We'd love to come back.
The food here was very good. After the greetings from the kitchen... we unfortunately only realized after each plate that we'd forgotten the picture again : That says it all about how great the plates were
