The tagliatelle duet deserves special mention: one side with chanterelle mushrooms and freshly shaved Parmesan cheese – hearty, aromatic, and perfectly seasoned. The other half, with seafood in a delicately balanced sauce, was equally impressive – juicy, light, and full of Mediterranean flavors.
