I asked him to please clean his hands before preparing my kebab. Is this about his ego or religion, that a woman is giving him instructions, or is this store so unhygienic that they'd rather throw a customer out than wash their hands?! Months ago, it was about an open wound on his finger, and I asked him to put a bandage on it. He kicked me out. I think you should know this, as should the health department.
