I am always deeply disappointed, when they are closed, which happens unpredictably sometimes.

You must pay in advance and only in cash. I ordered the house special: beef noodles. They were very savory, but I added chilly sauce to style them more to my taste. They are equally delicious as served and with the sauce. The locale is small and has both high and low tables. It was rather empty when I went but I imagine it can get quite packed when busy.
