You... read more We've been going to Paparazzi for several years, but this time we were very disappointed with the service and ambiance. You no longer feel warmly welcomed. You can see that the staff doesn't enjoy their job. The service staff told us there was water damage and that the outdoor restrooms were broken. The outdoor area is also showing its age. Some things urgently need to be improved. We also noticed that an outdoor table was supposedly reserved for 20 people, and every guest who arrived was told that it was reserved. In the three hours we were there, which was until 7:30 p.m., not a large group of guests arrived, and they close at 10 p.m. Something isn't right! Praise to the kitchen. The minestrone and lamb steak were excellent. The knife for the steak was blunt, so I was given a pizza knife instead of a steak knife.

The service was very friendly and the food plentiful and tasty. The ambiance was too dark for my taste, and there was too little reference to Italy. But that 's a matter of opinion! The biggest surprise for me was that this was the first time outside of Italy that I had an espresso that wasn 't lukewarm, and the cup was preheated! Very good value for money. One small downside: card payments weren 't possible for technical reasons ! Highly recommended!

We waited forever for the menu, then received the wrong drink, and when we complained, the waiter said, Well, tea is tea, the color is the same. In the end, we were allowed to pack our leftovers ourselves at the table, and they explained to us that card payments weren 't accepted. There was no sign anywhere, nor were we told this when we ordered! It 's such a shame; just a year ago we were absolutely thrilled. Despite the great beer garden atmosphere, the restaurant is no longer an option for me.
