Excellent cook. great evening with very creative, tasty food prepared with absolute dedication. the chef is an outstanding expert for the preparation of very, very tasty gourmet raw food. the evening meal takes place at his home/in his apartment in a relaxed, warm and welcoming atmosphere.

I've never tried some of the ingredients. the dinner is usually accompanied by a maximum of 15 people and the atmosphere is relaxed. there is no dresscode. if you are alone you will come quickly with the other guests in contact :-) highly recommended, I will definitely participate again
