Sure, getting ice cream at the store hasn't been a problem for over a decade but there's something magical about getting a cone and walking around with it, enjoying the fresh air. Balaram has rotating flavors and is situated right next to Boxhagener Platz so you have somewhere to walk or sit and enjoy. Personal favorite flavor I always hope is there is the pistachio.
