Taste combinations, such as butter with garlic fermented in honey are sheer genius As with most adventurous menus there were a couple of off notes mostly with desserts being very sour but the overall menu is incredibly well thought out.

The highlight was the wine pairing that we‘ve decided to have with our dinner. The wine pairing included included both natural and more classic wines, but all of them had something to surprise us. Food was good, although the service was quite slow as had to wait 20min for the bill. Luckily, that didn’t ruin the overall experience.
