If the promotional drink had been out of stock (possibly a consumer protection issue), the operator could have offered another drink at a discounted price as an alternative.

The red sauce, unfortunately, wasn't spicy and had a rather subdued flavor. One of the white sauces wasn't really tasty. The fries were all wobbly, unfortunately. A shame. We came from out of town and relied on the reviews. We were disappointed.
