Bom atendimento e ambiente agradável. Vale muito a pena para quem estiver no hotel, talvez um pouco menos para "externos".

Front office leader, Christoper Huebgen, is extremely rude with clients and it feels like they are doing a huge favor even talking to you. The hotel looks nice, but with service like this you will not feel welcome in the hotel nor in Berlin. This hotel is to be avoided unless you want to risk being looked down upon and not have problems resolved when they arise.
