Köfteci Niyazi Efendi - Feedback

What future behind doesn't like about Köfteci Niyazi Efendi:
Ordered via Uber...delivery came on time...food was good...but: rice pudding, although it could be ordered, was not in stock. Instead we received a phone call. Baklava offered as an alternative without specifying the quantity. Baklava as an alternative to rice pudding is ok. But 4 pieces for 7 euros (rice pudding price). After skating, the four of us stumbled into the familiar-looking shop. It looks quite inconspicuous from the outside. Like a snack bar. Inside you will find two tables with four chairs each. So we sat down and ordered something to eat for three people and a child. The service was incredibly courteous and personable. Other shops can certainly learn a lesson or two from this politeness.
