I recently visited this coffee shop for the first time. The young woman working at the counter was pleasant and deserving of 4 stars. However, the older man, who I believe is the owner, was extremely rude. This was my interaction with him, and I don't think he should be in customer service. Warm and friendly accompanied a large cup coffee. they will also find homemade sweets. they're gonna like it when they're close by.
Best coffe in town. Great place to meet up with friends or colleagues. The owners and staff could not be nicer!

Great coffee, great customer service. So happy a place like this is finally open in Berlin. The dark chocolate hot cocoa is to die for!!!!
