Ihop - Berlin

All places have bad days and good, this must have been a particularly bad, it was on July 21. It wasn't particularly busy when we arrived, ordered our food and waited. It started to be red flags when I heard the waitress say a few next to us that turkey sausage needs a long time to cook, at that point it looked like they had eaten most of their meals and were ready to go out. At least half an hour rolls around and despite the low traffic, we waited for our food, an application for drinking refill on apple juice could not be met as the machine just went down, a short comment from me that it sounds as though some problems were waiting for an answer that machines needed and we were the last customers before they shut the doors. We got our food, it was good, but then our group had to use the toilet room, unfortunately they were also out of service. Not a very good IHOP stop, but things happen.

Food was good and server was excellent! The only reason I didn't have five stars is because they don't have enough help yet! I also think it's brand new opening so that they're going through things, but the food was great! Much better than other IHOPs.

Nice food, too cold in the dining area. You need to keep the dining area clean, and their coffee pots clean outside, and bathroom clean, the pandemic goes even further. I pray they get the help they need to run the restaurant. It's still a nice restaurant to eat.

We went out for breakfast because the prices were so much better than in the Bay area! We have everything that was so good and I would definitely go back. You will get a good part and the waiters are very attentive for you also to check for you and make sure that your food is good, loved it!!!

We stopped in for breakfast last week while we were vacationing at OC. Our breakfast was good, no complaints and the place seemed clean. Our waitress was very friendly and accommodating. I wish I had gotten her name to give her credit, she was great. We'll likely be back next year when we return for vacation.
