Additionally, there are... read more The experience is generally acceptable. This Dunkin' location is on the smaller side and has only one designated disabled parking space. Additionally, there are two steps on the walkway leading to the entrance, which can be challenging for those with mobility issues. When I visited, the accessible restroom was occupied by someone in a Corvette who didn't have a handicap tag—thank you, young man; one day you may find yourself in a different situation. On a positive note, the bagel I ordered was fresh, and the coffee was excellent as always. The staff seemed a bit rushed, but they were still friendly to customers. I will return, but only to use the drive-thru, as the larger Dunkin' nearby is much more accommodating.

This time we were there there was someone in front of us waiting at the window for about 10 minutes for a cup of iced coffee. The girl sitting in the car kept getting out of her car going up to the window almost look like The two girls were flirting with each other. And then by the time we got up to drive through they told their machine wasn't working and that my son couldn't get his donuts! This Dunkin' donuts should hire employees that could fix equipment if goes down to keep business going. The employee working drive-thru this Sunday mar 12 2023 at 2:30 pm should be fired for the way she handled things! Either way we sure is hell will not be choosing this Dunkin' donuts ever again!
