The presentation wa... read more I’ve been to Baltic a few times now, and I think there might be a new chef in the kitchen because the food seems to have gotten even better! The presentation was much more appealing too. I did find the pierogi to be a bit overly fried, but I really enjoyed everything else, especially the sorrel soup, which was the daily special. The pyzy was a new dish for me; it was quite heavy but absolutely delicious! The bacon on top was cooked to perfection. For dessert, we shared a crepe, which was also quite fried but still very tasty. I believe the atmosphere is the most unique among the Polish restaurants in Connecticut, and I’m really pleased to see that the food has significantly improved.

We had the chicken cutlet, cepelinai (dumplings) with beet soup, and the Krakow special—everything was absolutely yummy! We enjoyed it all! Thank you! The staff was very friendly as well. I will definitely recommend this place to all my friends!
