What User doesn't like about Hanako:
we have booked for motherday afternoon tee to arrive and say we had not booked for eating. just a table. we got a menu that detailed the afternoon, but no other feeds. very disappointing and will not return. the set-up was very nice, but the smell was the same as sitting in a florist shop, what it is. View all feedback.
My friend and I had a nice afternoon for my 60th birthday. sandwiches, cakes, tea and champagne and the wonderful smell of flowers. will be returning

Luxurious atmosphere and attentive service, with good food and drink
The service in Hanako is absolutely terrible. It is not worth going even for the Instagram-friendly decor. The wait staff completely ignore people. Took a long time to even be acknowledged, having walked in with a reservation and it wasn’t busy. Took three staff members brushing past us before the person with the flowers asked if we were being served. At one point, a glass smashed off a nearby table and despite us calling attention to it, it wasn’t cleaned up. Our drinks (champagne) were fine. Pricey but what we expected. If we’d had better service would have ordered more, but as it was we were basically ignored so ended up going to another bar for the next round. All in all don’t bother visiting, it’s terrible.
