After days of great burgers, omelet with emmental cheese ham, dimming sum, bimbimbap, crepe suzette, mex tex, korean hotpot, le phos, vietnamese drip coffee, Florence and I went to ROJBAS GRILL at the intersection of the University Ave/ Martin LutherKing Jr.Ave a small simple 18 seater Kurdish said. But what is to order for two people? Lighter we agreed to share. Silly works for me most of the time. This time I was right again The Pittas came first, hot crispy at the edges and chew in the middle, dipped in the Auberginen Humus twar so well and I had to resist removing all of them up until the grilled chicken keres came. Judgment? Very good. By the way, Burhan told me ROJBAS means good day in Kurdish and his name means proof as in proof of a blessed person in the Quran. Come on, his at a corner unit next to Traders Joe.
