Phenomena, fresh Greek food. The owner is very sweet and gave us free hot tea. They put a lot of care in the presentation of their food. Everything tasted excellently fresh.
Sunday February 5th, 2023. After days of great burgers, omelet with emmental cheese ham, dimming sum, bimbimbap, crepe suzette, mex tex, korean hotpot, le phos, vietnamese drip coffee, Florence and I went to ROJBAS GRILL at the intersection of the University Ave/ Martin LutherKing Jr.Ave a small simple 18 seater Kurdish said. But what is to order for two people? Lighter we agreed to share. We ordered an eggplant humus w crispy pita $6.95) and chicken kewers with salad n yellow rice and yogurt $15.95) and small thick cuppa Turkish coffee. $3.45) Above all, there are only 3 people who run the food, only one speaks English that 's Burhan and two in the kitchen called Rostu Adam, who do not. These are the two chefs that also serve. Rostu smiles a lot. All three were Kurdish and so I knew it would really be goodbye. Because, you see, I have this silly theory that food must be done from the original occupation, for example, good dämse must be done by cantons and spicy curries from southern Indians. Silly works for me most of the time. This time I was right again The Pittas came first, hot crispy at the edges and chew in the middle, dipped in the Auberginen Humus twar so well and I had to resist removing all of them up until the grilled chicken keres came. Judgment? Very good. By the way, Burhan told me ROJBAS means good day in Kurdish and his name means proof as in proof of a blessed person in the Quran. Come on, his at a corner unit next to Traders Joe.
The Pita is both soft and crispy. The chicken was tender and slightly carburized. The hummus was an interesting yellow and very nicely garnished. I enjoyed the food very much.
The food of this place is amazing. The meat is well grilled and juicy. The salad is very fresh. It also has a super chill vibe.

Food was amazing, the server was very pleasant. Only wish it was bigger, not so small. Other than that..
