Reviews - Project Juice
Reviews summary
Since its acquisition by Earthbar, the quality of this once-beloved restaurant has diminished, leaving many longtime patrons disappointed. While the menu features an extensive array of options, including delicious açaí bowls, avocado toast, and vegan desserts, recent experiences suggest that the execution has faltered. Some diners find the smoothies unappealing and the overall dining experience less satisfying than it used to be. However, the appealing presentation of dishes, like the visually stunning waffles, and the availability of unique items such as adaptogenic lattes and vegan honey still hold promise for those seeking healthier fare.

I didn't take a photo before digging in, but the waffle I ordered was beautiful and equally delicious. I highly recommend it, as mentioned in the previous review dated 2021-08-09.
Such large açaí bowls (almond butter mixed with açaí? Yum! Very clear and surprisingly extensive menu. Loves the adaptive latte! You even have vegan honey!
Quick update: when they were bought by Earthbar, the quality went down. Unfortunately, this place is no longer recognizable. Updated by previous review on 2020-09-26

Project Juice is the best place for delicious açai dishes in town. I won't go anywhere else for my açai fix. They also serve a scrumptious avocado toast with sprouts, a variety of vegan desserts, refreshing juices, and fantastic vegan waffles. Plus, they have vegan honey as a substitute for regular honey, and agave for those who prefer it.

I tried the Epic smoothie, Great Breakfast smoothie, banana waffle, and a couple Yes Bars in hopes of finding a favorite. I appreciated the option to add B12 to the smoothies and was looking forward to ordering flavors I usually enjoy. However, I did not care for any of the items. I am contemplating not finishing my meal and going elsewhere. Update: I hate wasting food, but I ended up throwing everything out.
Recent update: Ever since being acquired by Earthbar, the quality of this restaurant has declined significantly. Regrettably, it is no longer the same establishment. Original review date: 2020-09-26
