Your mango cake is the most unique I’ve ever had—light and featuring multiple mango textures and flavors, including mousse, fresh fruit, and glaze. I paired it with coconut ice cream, and it was the ideal combination. Thanks for making Nick’s birthday so special, even during shelter-in-place.
