I had a chocolate almond croissant, a kouign aman... read more Delicious French pastries in a charming little shop! I took a day off on a Wednesday and finally made it here. I had a chocolate almond croissant, a kouign amann, and a croque monsieur danish. Everything was perfectly crisp and buttery. I probably wouldn't order the chocolate almond croissant again since the almond filling was overly sweet and it was quite small compared to the one from Fournee. However, the kouign amann might be my favorite so far (and that's saying a lot coming from someone who is a big fan of Starter Bakery). I can't wait to return and try more!

Each one featured fresh berrie... read more Every pastry was absolutely delightful. I ordered a variety on Wednesday to share with friends visiting from Southern California. Each one featured fresh berries and fruits, some with almond paste and one adorned with pistachios. The Danish pastries were particularly charming, filled with mango and passion fruit. The special croissants, filled with chocolate and hazelnut, were simply luscious.
