I'll gone to LB for the Corn beef hash but think they have changed the recipe where there is now more potatoes than corn beef (cutback). Infact the potatoes wer... read more I'll gone to LB for the Corn beef hash but think they have changed the recipe where there is now more potatoes than corn beef (cutback). Infact the potatoes were too soft like mash potatoes. It doesn't have that pan fried taste. Before you taste chunks of Corn beef...not anymore. On the California Benedict instead of english muffin it was put on toast. Toast absorb the eggs too much and made it soggy.

Just a perfect half-stack of these little pancakes can brighten your day, even though it leaves you wanting to order more. The chorizo scramble is the ideal choice for breakfast. The service is incredibly quick, and their coffee is a delightful escape from the usual bitter brews found in the area. I visited for the first time yesterday and I couldn't resist coming back today!

The only thing that would hav... read more Updating this review as my eggs Blackstone were quite perfect today, the presentation was excellent, and the staff was super nice. The only thing that would have been better for me would have been that I like my Hollandaise sauce a little more brownish. But that said... The eggs were perfectly cooked, the domestic pommes were delicious, I just think they need to top Hollandaise and Salsa game a little. But what is overcoming for me is that they are a perfect place to hide and fix on your laptop in a beautiful cool environment just minutes from the highway, or your tires on Don's tires over the road. I'm back and hope! Also the staff is super nice and helpful.
