What Melinda Appleby dislikes about Coffee Conscious:
I've been to Coffee Conscious multiple times and each time, I am hopeful the experience will be different/better than the time before. Sadly, each time I have been there the coffee is mediocre, the barista seems irritated, and vibe in the shop is a bit off . . . not welcoming. The only thing that keeps me coming back is the vegan donuts. Food: 4 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2 View all feedback.

Missing my favorite coffee shop! Damien and David are not only the best baristas in all the land but they also happen to be doing an amazing job at this whole being-a-human thang. The espresso drinks are delicious, made with love and thoughtfulness. The snacks hit the spot. The atmosphere is laid back and not in the least bit pretentious. The community this place has brought together is a beautiful thing to behold. Love you CC. Until next time, see you in my Colorado dreams.
This was the most delicious coffee i had for a while!! thank you, guys, for making my day. I also had a matcha donut; and it was so tasty that i have to come again, hahaha!

I recently visited Coffee Conscious and had such a great time! The coffee was absolutely delicious – rich, smooth, and bursting with flavor. The baristas were super friendly and really knew their stuff, making sure every cup was perfect. The cozy atmosphere and stylish decor made it the ideal spot to relax and enjoy my drink. I highly recommend this place to all coffee lovers out there! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

These are the best donuts in the Bay Area! They are made by the same people who own Pepple's, so you can enjoy the same flavors and types of donuts. While I'm not a fan of all the espresso drinks because some of the coffee is too bitter for my taste, I love their iced coffee with coffee ice cubes - such a genius idea! And I appreciate that they don't charge extra for vegan milk. #Veganuary

A nice little coffee shop with the wonderful Donut Farm donuts. Small, different, and pleasant space with very nice people. I was curious to try more vegan pastries, but I found out those usually are only there Friday through Sunday; a good excuse to go back!
All of the donuts at this restaurant are vegan, as the owner also owns vegan Donut Farm. They also offer many drinks on the menu made with oat milk.

I ordered a decaf oat milk latte half an hour before they closed at 4pm. The barista took the time to create a heart shaped design in the foam and warmly welcomed me on my first visit. This was a delightful discovery and I will definitely be returning in the future!
Best made coffee I've had in my life, and I'm 68. My favorite, Red Eye with steamed almond milk and apple fritter.Food: 5/5
I often stop by to enjoy their fresh cold brews. The staff here is always nice and they also have iced coffee cubes as an option if you prefer a stronger drink that will not water-down. I appreciate how oat-milk is gratis!
Delicious coffee, great prices, community oriented and nice staff and they don't charge extra for almond milk!Food: 5/5
I recently visited a cozy little coffee shop that sells vegan donuts, which my friend claims are delicious. The barista was extremely helpful in assisting me and my friend in selecting our drinks based on our preferences. I tried the maple oat cappuccino for $4.50, which was delicious and strong, just the way I like it. My friend had the vanilla latte for $5, which was also very tasty. The best thing about this place, besides the convenient street parking, is the affordable prices. With lattes typically costing around $6 or $7 nowadays, it was a pleasant surprise to find delicious coffees for only $4 and $5. I would give this place a rating of 8.5 out of 10.

All of their donuts are vegan (owned by the same owners as Vegan Donut Farm) and they offer several drinks made with non-dairy milk on the menu.
This charming coffee shop offers delicious donuts from the Donut Farm. The cozy and inviting atmosphere is enhanced by the friendly staff. I was interested in trying more vegan treats, but discovered that they are only available Friday to Sunday. Looks like I have a good reason to come back!
The restaurant is great! I recommend trying the coffee cubes with the ice cream. They offer a variety of vegetable milk options at no additional cost. And you can never go wrong with the delicious Donut Farm donuts.
