The line around the corner tells you everything you need to about the food: it is outstanding. One of the things I love about this place is that the price for one slice of pizza is exactly what it would be divided by eight if you bought the whole pizza: so there is no markup for smaller orders. What Spencer doesn't like about Cheese Board Collective Pizzeria:
Thin crust pizza that’s just super heavy on olive oil and garlic on some super flat bread. And the line is insanely long. You’re guaranteed farts or diarrhea. View all feedback.
We saw it on instagram and have to try it. Outside the place there is a huge line, but its all worth it!! Don’t forget to take the green spicy sauce, that enhances taste to next level

They often have a great band there to entertain you while you wait for 20+ minutes in the line. Everyone there is in a good mood and pretty chill. One doesn’t mind waiting in line talking to those well adjusted bunch of foodies.
Im late to the game but it lived up to the hype! Got the pizza of the day- leek and mushroom- both regular and vegan. it was declared best vegan pizza by my dairy intolerant family members. I think it seemed more like a flatbread than a pizza (also bc the daily flavor had no tomato sauce), the toppings truly showcased the cheese flavors. The green sauce (similar to zhoug) added herby freshness and spice. The salad was just ok, nice that it is a smaller size/$6 price pt. Employees were all hardworking and helpful. Good place and good vibes.
I don't completely get the craze about this place. They command huge lines and great music acts, but the pizza is greasy and unvaried and it feels like they invest too little in making it a pleasant experience by not even wiping down the tables.
Hard to beat the atmosphere and service at Cheeseboard. Live music, fancy cheeses, great people. Co-Op too! I've had better (vegetarian) pizza in my life, but not for $3 a slice and certainly not with such great music.
