This is a vegan only Asian restaurant. Really excellent food. Tasty. Unusual interesting flavor combinations. Wide variety of vegetables, and grains. Serve vegetarian beautiful sushi. Sukiyaki. I love ChaYa. I have been going to their Valencia location for years. The Vegan Roll is huge and very satisfying. Inari is perfectly sweet and chewy.
Fresh avocado rolls, good miso and of course the cha ya roll are all fantastic. the fresh quality ingredients are what make me keep coming back
