I have a latte with milk that burned and tasted excessively sweet. it was unimaginable and so I had to ask for a coffee instead. there was no refund, nor did I give the price difference. Instead, I was accused of getting sugar into the drink! I never had such an incredibly rude service. To make it worse, the cappuccino of my man was also disgusting and burnt. not only did they manage to melt the coffee, the hyvos rancheros was a suppe in the round. I hate to write bad critikens, but I decided because there are very misleading positive reviews. my recommendation is that they should only come if they are looking for a pretty place to sit and nothing more.
