What Dr Zarkov doesn't like about Cafe Fanny Granola:
This product contains 10g of added sugar in .5 cups although the label indicates no sugar. It includes honey which is SUGAR! If you think that 10g of sugar is healthy in .5 cups then you should read any of the books by the following MD's: Robert Lustig, Richard J. Johnston, Philip Ovadia, Mark Hyman, and the list goes on. The bread for the avocado toast was extremely stale. Not worth $8
